What are Flange Nuts?

  A flange nut is a type of nut which has a wide flange at one end which acts as an integrated washer. Made up of hardened steel and coated zinc, flange Nuts are used for a variety of applications, depending on the style purchased and has a hexagonal type shaped. To avoid damage to the part, this nut distributes the pressure of the nut over the part being secured.

What are Titanium Flange Nuts?

 Using titanium flange nuts reduces the risk of damaging the part. Also, if the fastening surface is uneven, flanges make it less likely that a nut will loosen. High-grade titanium is the element used to produce titanium flange nuts, which makes them resistant to the natural reaction of oxidation. This means that titanium flange nuts are not prone to corrosion or rust and can be used both indoors as well as outdoors. Another advantage of titanium is its strength. It is about 40% lighter than steel while being the strongest and most durable metal on Earth.

Titanium Flange Nuts Design

Titanium Flange Nuts mainly has a wide variety of designs. Depending on the use of the nut the shape and other features are designed. The purpose of these designs is that the nuts are useful for the bolts that will be used to tighten them. For instance, in some cases, the square nuts are used to tighten the parts with the square bolts. Each nuts fastener has a different specification and design. Each nuts fasteners also have a different use for which they are designed. Such as Hex Nuts, has a shape designed in the shape of a 'Hex' from which its name derives.
